Dear guests, this information is provided so that your holiday and that of other guests is peaceful and pleasant. These House Rules are an integral part of the booking terms.
1. Fire and general safety
- Emergency number: 112.
- The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. Tampering with or covering them is strictly prohibited.
- The fire extinguisher is located in the shared corridor.
- Do not leave a switched-on stove, iron or lit candles unattended.
- Do not block evacuation routes (corridors, exits) with personal belongings.
2. Pets
We are pet-friendly. Pets must be declared in advance at the time of booking.
Fee: €10 per pet per night.
Maximum: 2 pets per unit.
Pet rules:
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, sofas or bedding.
- If pet hair or traces are found on bedding or furniture, a €100 fine applies.
- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment unattended.
- The Guest is liable for any damage caused by pets to the property and inventory.
3. Smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) is strictly prohibited indoors and throughout the premises.
Violation of this rule results in a €100 fine to cover additional cleaning. If the actual cleaning and airing costs exceed this amount, the Guest is liable for the full damage.
4. Property and damage
If anything breaks or is damaged, please report it as soon as possible.
For broken or heavily damaged items, the damage is assessed and invoiced at the actual replacement or repair cost.
Exception: minor items (e.g. a plate, cup or glass) are not charged.
5. Shared areas and grounds
- Do not store bicycles or other equipment in shared areas.
- Using barbecues on the terrace is prohibited.
- Do not litter in the yard or shared areas.
- Please sort your waste and place it in the designated containers.
- Do not pour coffee grounds, tea leaves, oil or similar residues down the drain.
- Do not drill holes in or make any alterations to walls, ceilings, furniture or other structures.
6. Quiet hours
Making noise, playing loud music or otherwise disturbing other residents is prohibited during late hours (22:00–08:00).
Parties, celebrations and group events are prohibited without prior written consent.
Under Lithuanian law, noise violations may result in administrative fines (€80–200 per person).
7. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Late check-out must be arranged in advance. It depends on availability and an additional fee may apply.
When leaving, please:
- Wash used dishes.
- Put rubbish in the designated containers.
- Close all windows and lock all doors.
- Return the keys to the designated place.
Lost property. Personal belongings left at the property are kept for no longer than 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days of departure. Items can be sent by courier at the Guest's expense.
8. Final provisions
The responsible person has the right to evict from the apartment, before the agreed date, persons who do not comply with or grossly violate these House Rules. In such a case, no refund is given.
ComfyRest reserves the right to claim compensation for damage and losses caused.
