Dear guests, this information is provided to ensure that your holiday and that of other guests is peaceful and enjoyable. These House Rules form an integral part of the booking terms.
1. Pets
We are pet-friendly. Pets must be declared in advance at the time of booking.
Fee: €10 per pet per night.
Maximum number: 2 pets per property.
Pet rules:
- Pets are not permitted on furniture, sofas or bedding.
- If animal hair or traces are found on bedding or furniture, a €100 fine applies.
- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment unsupervised.
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property and its contents.
2. Smoking
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices) strictly forbidden indoors and throughout the entire premises.
Breach of this rule incurs a €100 fineto cover additional cleaning costs. If the actual cleaning and ventilation costs exceed this amount, the Guest is liable for the full damage.
3. Property and damage
If anything breaks or is damaged, please do not delay and report it as soon as possible.
For broken or severely damaged items, damage is assessed and invoiced at the actual replacement or repair cost.
Exception: minor items (e.g. a plate, cup or glass) are not charged.
4. Common areas and grounds
- Bicycles or other equipment must not be stored in common areas.
- Use of barbecues on the terrace is prohibited.
- Littering in the courtyard or common areas is prohibited.
- Please sort waste and place it in the designated containers.
- Pouring coffee grounds, tea leaves, oil or similar residues down the drain is prohibited.
- Drilling or making holes or alterations of any kind in walls, ceilings, furniture or other structures is prohibited.
5. Quiet hours
Making noise, playing music loudly or otherwise disturbing neighbouring residents is prohibited during late hours (from 22:00 to 08:00).
Parties, celebrations and group events are prohibited without prior written consent.
Breach of noise rules may result in administrative fines under Lithuanian law (€80–200 per person).
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Late check-out must be arranged in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee may apply.
Upon departure please:
- Wash all used dishes.
- Place rubbish in the designated containers.
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Return keys to the designated location.
Left belongings. Personal items left in the property will be kept for no more than 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days of departure. Items can be sent by courier at the Guest's expense. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.
7. Final provisions
The responsible person has the right to evict from the apartment before the end of the stay any persons who fail to comply with or seriously breach these House Rules. In such cases no refund applies.
ComfyRest reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage and losses caused.
