Booking
How can I book an apartment?
You can make a reservation directly on our website www.comfyrest.eu. If you have any questions or would like to book by phone — please contact us by email rest@comfyrest.lt or tel. +37064569999.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. During the off-season (September 1 - May 31), the minimum stay is 2 nights. During the summer season (June 1 - August 31) — 6 nights. You can always contact us regarding available dates.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in — from 15:00. Check-out — until 11:00. For arrivals later than 21:00 or departures later than 11:00, please contact us in advance — we handle such cases individually.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, changes are possible at least 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. A €25 administration fee may apply. Change requests received less than 30 days in advance are treated as a cancellation of the reservation and the making of a new booking.

Is there parking available?
Yes, each apartment has a private parking space.
Is there storage for bicycles, prams or other equipment?
Yes, each apartment has a bicycle storage area.
What amenities are included in the apartments?
All apartments have: a TV, washer-dryer, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a coffee machine, a kettle, a wine fridge, a microwave oven, frying pans, and other kitchen utensils.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made via the Paysera payment system — you can pay by bank card or online banking. Payment security is guaranteed by Paysera (UAB „Paysera LT”, an electronic money institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania).
Is a booking deposit required?
During the summer season (June 1 - August 31) a €200 reservation fee applies — this is an advance payment which is included in the total stay price, not an additional fee. During the off-season, no reservation fee is required.
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
There are two payment options: the full amount is paid when booking through the website, or, if choosing to pay on arrival, a €200 reservation fee is paid during the season, and the balance — on the day of arrival. In the off-season, payment on arrival is possible without an advance fee.
Cancellation policy
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival — the full paid amount is refunded. If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival — the €200 reservation fee is non-refundable (applies only during the season), and the remaining amount is refunded. In the off-season, cancellation at any time — full refund. In case of no-show or early departure — no refund applies.
What should I do if I want to cancel my booking?
Please submit your cancellation request in writing by email rest@comfyrest.lt. The cancellation date is the day we receive your notice. The refund is processed within 14 working days to the same payment source.
General questions
Can I stay with pets?
Yes, pets are allowed. An additional fee of €10 per pet per night applies. Please inform us about pets in advance during booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and cannot be left alone in the apartment.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and throughout the territory. A €100 fee applies for violating this rule.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, during the off-season (September 1 - May 31), a discount applies for stays longer than 6 nights. During the summer season, the long stay discount does not apply. You can also purchase a gift card — it's a great opportunity to gift a holiday to your loved ones.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card on our website. It is sent to the recipient by email immediately after payment and is valid for 18 months. The value of the card covers the accommodation price — pet or additional guest fees are paid separately. For more information, please visit here.
