These House Rules form an integral part of the booking terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1. Pets<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are pet-friendly. Pets must be declared in advance at the time of booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fee: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u20ac10 per pet per night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maximum number: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pets per property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pet rules:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets are not permitted on furniture, sofas or bedding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If animal hair or traces are found on bedding or furniture, a \u20ac100 fine applies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets must not be left alone in the apartment unsupervised.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property and its contents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>2. Smoking<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices) <\/span><b>strictly forbidden<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> indoors and throughout the entire premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breach of this rule incurs a <\/span><b>\u20ac100 fine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to cover additional cleaning costs. If the actual cleaning and ventilation costs exceed this amount, the Guest is liable for the full damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>3. Property and damage<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If anything breaks or is damaged, please do not delay and report it as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For broken or severely damaged items, damage is assessed and invoiced at the actual replacement or repair cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exception: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minor items (e.g. a plate, cup or glass) are not charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>4. Common areas and grounds<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bicycles or other equipment must not be stored in common areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of barbecues on the terrace is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Littering in the courtyard or common areas is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please sort waste and place it in the designated containers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pouring coffee grounds, tea leaves, oil or similar residues down the drain is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drilling or making holes or alterations of any kind in walls, ceilings, furniture or other structures is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>5. Quiet hours<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Making noise, playing music loudly or otherwise disturbing neighbouring residents is prohibited during late hours (from <\/span><b>22:00 to 08:00<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Parties, celebrations and group events are prohibited<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> without prior written consent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breach of noise rules may result in administrative fines under Lithuanian law (\u20ac80\u2013200 per person).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>6. Check-in and check-out<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Check-in: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from 15:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Check-out: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by 11:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Late check-out must be arranged in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon departure please:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash all used dishes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place rubbish in the designated containers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lock all windows and doors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return keys to the designated location.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Left belongings.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Personal items left in the property will be kept for no more than 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days of departure. Items can be sent by courier at the Guest's expense. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>7. Final provisions<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The responsible person has the right to evict from the apartment before the end of the stay any persons who fail to comply with or seriously breach these House Rules.
