These House Rules are an integral part of the booking terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Fire and general safety<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emergency number: 112.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. Tampering with or covering them is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fire extinguisher is located in the shared corridor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not leave a switched-on stove, iron or lit candles unattended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not block evacuation routes (corridors, exits) with personal belongings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>2. Pets<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are pet-friendly. Pets must be declared in advance at the time of booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fee: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u20ac10 per pet per night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maximum: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pets per unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pet rules:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets are not allowed on furniture, sofas or bedding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If pet hair or traces are found on bedding or furniture, a \u20ac100 fine applies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets must not be left alone in the apartment unattended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest is liable for any damage caused by pets to the property and inventory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>3. Smoking<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) is strictly prohibited indoors and throughout the premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of this rule results in a \u20ac100 fine to cover additional cleaning. If the actual cleaning and airing costs exceed this amount, the Guest is liable for the full damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>4. Property and damage<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If anything breaks or is damaged, please report it as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For broken or heavily damaged items, the damage is assessed and invoiced at the actual replacement or repair cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exception: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minor items (e.g. a plate, cup or glass) are not charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>5. Shared areas and grounds<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not store bicycles or other equipment in shared areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using barbecues on the terrace is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not litter in the yard or shared areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please sort your waste and place it in the designated containers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not pour coffee grounds, tea leaves, oil or similar residues down the drain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not drill holes in or make any alterations to walls, ceilings, furniture or other structures.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>6. Quiet hours<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Making noise, playing loud music or otherwise disturbing other residents is prohibited during late hours (22:00\u201308:00).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parties, celebrations and group events are prohibited without prior written consent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under Lithuanian law, noise violations may result in administrative fines (\u20ac80\u2013200 per person).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>7. Check-in and check-out<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Check-in: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from 15:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Check-out: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by 11:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Late check-out must be arranged in advance. It depends on availability and an additional fee may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When leaving, please:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash used dishes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put rubbish in the designated containers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Close all windows and lock all doors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return the keys to the designated place.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Lost property.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Personal belongings left at the property are kept for no longer than 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days of departure. Items can be sent by courier at the Guest's expense.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>8. Final provisions<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The responsible person has the right to evict from the apartment, before the agreed date, persons who do not comply with or grossly violate these House Rules.
